Richard Miekle was a Hotel Proprietor in Scotland. The exact place is unknown. He was the father of James Alexander Miekle.
There were two daughter to this man although his wife's name is unknown as are the names of his daughters. All that is known is that during the "Depression" in the 1920s - 1930s, money was sent to James Alexander Miekle by these two sisters, who remained in Scotland.
